Marinar WindowsXP Dial-up Configuration Instructions
Setting up your WindowsXP PC for a dial-up
connection with Marinar is fast and easy. Just follow the 12 simple steps below,
and you'll be online in no time!
Please report discrepancies or problems to
Marinar Technical Support.
Step 1

From the Desktop, click on the Start button in the lower left corner of the
screen, and click on Control Panel.
Step 2

Click on Network and Internet Connections.
Step 3

Click Set up or change your Internet connection.
Step 4

Click Setup near the top.
Step 5

Click Next.
Step 6

Click Next.
Step 7

Select Set up my connection manually
and then click Next.
Step 8

Select Connect using a dial-up modem
and click Next.
Step 9

Type Marinar in the space provided and
click Next.
Step 10

Enter your local access number.
When finished, click Next.
Step 11

On the first line, enter your dial-up user name
(NOT your real name). On the second AND third lines, enter your password. Leave
all three check boxes below checked, and click Next.
Step 12

A shortcut to Marinar on the Desktop will allow
you to open a connection to the Internet without launching a program (such as
Internet Explorer). This is sometimes useful for diagnosing problems with the
connection.
If you'd like to have a shortcut on your Desktop to your new Marinar Dial-up Connection,
click the checkbox, then click Finish. Otherwise, just click Finish.
Done! That's all there is to it; you're now ready
to use your new Marinar Dial-up Connection with Microsoft's fastest and most reliable
operating system ever, WindowsXP!
